Bali 2011

A mother and her daughter in Ubud Markets

Bali is an amazing diverse island, with fabulous 5 Star Resorts for the tourist (like me) and ghettoes by the river for some locals. Its an eye opening experience and very different from my home Sydney. It is my second time to Bali and I found myself trying to see the real Bali, obviously for me this was through touristy means such as a bike tour through the small villages in the mountains. Nonetheless, my photos below show how I explored and interpreted Bali my way - A Pause In Transit.

A young girl reading the paper got shy when she saw me photographing her in Ubud Markets
